SUUQ — Terms & Conditions

Welcome to SUUQ. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SUUQ mobile applications (User, Vendor, and Delivery apps) and website (suuq964.com), operated in Erbil, Iraq. By creating an account or using SUUQ, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • "SUUQ", "we", "us" refers to the SUUQ platform and its operators.
  • "User" means anyone browsing or ordering through the SUUQ app or website.
  • "Vendor" means a business or individual selling products through SUUQ.
  • "Delivery Partner" means an individual fulfilling deliveries through the SUUQ Delivery app.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and OTP codes.
  • SUUQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.

3. Orders & Vendors

  • SUUQ acts as a marketplace connecting Users with independent Vendors; Vendors are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of the products they list.
  • Product prices, availability, and descriptions are set by individual Vendors and may vary between them.
  • SUUQ reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, error, or policy violation.

4. Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are approximate and may be affected by weather, traffic, order volume, or Vendor preparation time.
  • Delivery Partners operate as independent service providers using the SUUQ Delivery app.
  • Users must ensure someone is available to receive the order at the address provided; repeated failed deliveries may result in order cancellation.

5. Payments

  • SUUQ supports the payment methods listed at checkout, which may include cash on delivery and supported digital payment gateways.
  • SUUQ does not store your full payment card details.
  • All prices are inclusive of applicable fees unless stated otherwise at checkout.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders may be cancelled before Vendor confirmation without penalty.
  • Cancellations after preparation has begun may not be eligible for a full refund.
  • Refunds for damaged, incorrect, or missing items are handled on a case-by-case basis through in-app support.

7. User-Generated Content (Reels & Reviews)

  • Any photos, videos (including Reels), or reviews you upload must be your own content and must not infringe on any third party's rights.
  • By uploading content, you grant SUUQ a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it within the platform for promotional purposes.
  • SUUQ may remove content that is offensive, misleading, or violates these Terms.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purpose
  • Place fake orders with no intent to receive them
  • Attempt to hack, scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform
  • Impersonate another person or Vendor
  • Upload false, defamatory, or misleading reviews or content

9. Intellectual Property

All content on SUUQ — including the SUUQ name, logo, app design, and website content — is the property of SUUQ and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

SUUQ is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform
  • The quality, safety, or legality of products listed by Vendors
  • Delays or losses caused by third-party Delivery Partners beyond our reasonable control
  • Technical issues, downtime, or data loss beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

SUUQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User, Vendor, or Delivery Partner account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the platform or other users.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of SUUQ after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Any disputes shall be resolved under Iraqi jurisdiction.
